The College of Hair Design offers job placement assistance to graduates and alumni. Close associations are maintained with local companies, as well as companies throughout the Midwest. There is no charge for this assistance. Recommendations for job placements are provided by the school and are based on the overall performance of the student while in training.

As part of their training, students prepare resumes and practice interviewing techniques.

Job fairs are held periodically at the school. During such events, salon owners and managers have opportunities to interview students individually. Students are scheduled to meet with as many prospective employers as they wish.

Students must understand that by law, no school can guarantee employment upon graduation. However, it is the goal of the College of Hair Design to help students to be successful, to complete their programs and to graduate as professionals.
