Spa Policies

• With a group booking, a credit card deposit of 50% is required. Canceling or changing appointments for 3 or more persons requires 48-hours notice or the deposit will be forfeited. 
  
  
• Products purchased at the spa are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  
  
• Gratuity is greatly appreciated by our students, but is not required.
  
  
• Gift cards can be purchased for specific services, packages, or dollar amounts for that special someone. They do not have an expiration date and may be used at either location.
